Here are some tips for overcoming fear:

  • Keep a bit of a track of what’s happening in the world because knowledge can keep you safe and help you to make wise decisions. But don’t get pulled into the collective dramas and trends that play out in the mainstream media — most of which are manipulated theatrics designed to steer you into fear and despair.
  • Never trust a word any government says and do not rely on them to solve your issues. Always do your own research. Be as independent and self-sufficient as possible. Honour your ethics.
  • Break free from conformity. Develop a strong sense of self and act in ways that are genuinely aligned with your inner values. This helps you to feel more confident and self-assured.
  • Connect with people you feel a resonance with. Do things you enjoy and find uplifting together. Don’t spend too much time in isolation.
  • Be proactive in resolving any worries you may have. Then let go of anything that is out of your control. If you don’t know what to do, write down some options, and then stop thinking about it — allow time for your intuition to percolate through the silence.
  • Make peace with uncertainty. You simply cannot control the outcome of everything in life, so you have to accept some uncertainty. Embrace change, and trust that you’ll be able to cope with what comes in one way or another.
  • Taking good care of yourself alleviates fear. Hydration, nutrition, exercise, relaxation, time in nature, time with people and animals you feel a loving connection with. Being organised also helps you to overcome fear.
  • If you’re dealing with anxiety, check my earlier article about overcoming anxiety. If you’re dealing with recurring symptoms of trauma, you can help yourself by defusing your triggers with relaxation techniques. Over time, your nervous system will fully realise that you are safe, and the hypervigilance will be released.
  • Our deepest fears are usually tied to painful memories. We tend to fear distressing experiences happening again. If you uncover any deep fears, then reflect on what you have learned. Write down what you will do differently to avoid the pain you went through from happening again. Reassure yourself and recognise how you have become more resilient. Tell yourself that you are stronger and wiser — and that you can now let go of the fear.
  • You get beyond the fear of failure and ridicule by believing in yourself and by not concerning yourself with what other people think. Remember that challenges are the greatest opportunities to grow.
  • Send love to anything you are afraid of and anything that troubles you. Dodgy food, cell towers, shedding, chemtrails — send love and bless all that concerns you. This helps you to feel safer and to transcend the vulnerability of fear. You are powerful, never doubt that.
  • Meditation alleviates fear and helps you to navigate decisions with your inner guidance. It helps you to trust in your inspiration and creativity. It helps you to stay safe and aligned to the path of healing and liberation.
  • Pray for wisdom.
